Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy To ensure timely service for all clients, appointments will be subject to the following late fees: 15 Minutes Late: $20.00 surcharge 30 Minutes Late: $35.00 surcharge 45 Minutes Late: $50.00 surcharge 60 Minutes Late: $65.00 surcharge Arrivals exceeding 60 minutes will be considered a no-show, requiring automatic cancellation and rescheduling. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect the time of both the stylist and our clients, Shannell The Loctress adheres to the following policy: 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service fee. 24-Hour Notice & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service fee. Liquid Lather-Shampoo Services

Rinse thoroughly to loosen dirt/oil buildup, 1 round clarifying, 1 round purifying & 1 round moisturizing shampoo is applied, then rinsed.
