Shannell The Loctress has been in the loc industry for 20+years. She creates, promotes and celebrate All Tings Loc'd. Her passion for locs started in 2000 when she began her first set of locs. Three locs sets later, Shannell The Loctress has learned a great deal of do's & don'ts surrounding loc care & maintenance. She has gained (and is still learning) the necessary loc knowledge of achieving luxurious locs. Cancellation Policy
Shannell The Loctress of Luxurious Loctician charges 50% of booked services for any cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.
Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of services.
