Late Arrival/Fee

Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy To ensure timely service for all clients, appointments will be subject to the following late fees: 15 Minutes Late: $20.00 surcharge 30 Minutes Late: $35.00 surcharge 45 Minutes Late: $50.00 surcharge 60 Minutes Late: $65.00 surcharge Arrivals exceeding 60 minutes will be considered a no-show, requiring automatic cancellation and rescheduling. If the appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment day, all applicable late fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect the time of both the stylist and our clients, Shannell The Loctress adheres to the following policy: 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service fee. 24-Hour Notice & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service fee. Shannell The Loctress kindly asks that you manage your schedule accordingly to avoid these automated charges.

Traveling Fees (Currently Unavail.)

There is a minimal flat rate of $50 each way (Total $100) for local traveling fees. For distant/destination travel time, the rate is $50 a hour.

Rinse thoroughly to loosen dirt/oil buildup, 1 round clarifying, 1 round purifying & 1 round moisturizing shampoo is applied, then rinsed. Blowdry

Comb coiling and/or palm rolling loose hair strands to start the locking process of achieving locs. Luxurious Locs Retwist

Loc Retwist - Extra Maintenance Add

When the client has 2 or more inches of new growth and/or hasn't had locs maintained within 6 wks. Stylist will correct grid/parting and incorporate extra frizz/loc strands back into shaft of locs. Loc Repair/Reattachment
